Description

Jules Good, Communication Technology Specialist at NDHHS, along with an Emergency Medical Interpreting Services (EMIS) Interpreter, will present on best practices for working with both Deaf/Hard of Hearing community members and interpreters during emergency situations. We will discuss available assistive technology, communication strategies, and tips for ensuring smooth, accessible communication with this population.

Monthly EMS training that supports providers fulfilling national, local, and individual hours throughout the recertification cycle.
