PER DIEM/ON CALL POSITIONS
The Bridgewater Public Safety, Fire Rescue and EMS Department is currently accepting applications for per diem and on call EMT’s.
Applicants are required to have a State of NH provider’s license at the EMT or AEMT level, they will also be required to submit a criminal background and driving records check previous to employment.
Day shift duties will include response to all medical emergencies and provide standby coverage on all fire incidents, general station maintenance and up keep, ambulance supply inventory and maintenance to keep in a constant state of readiness.
On call shifts are required to be within a 15 minute response to the Bridgewater station or willing to stay in the station during the on call hours. On call duties are to respond to all medical emergencies and provide standby coverage on all fire incidents.
Fire certifications are not needed for EMT positions but are encouraged.
