The Town of Epping Fire Department is currently accepting applications for a full-time

Firefighter/Paramedic/EMS Coordinator.


Responsibilities: include response to fire and medical emergencies, operating department apparatus, coordination of Emergency Medical Training for department members, QA/QI TEMSIS reports, implementation of EMS policies and procedures, inspection and maintenance of department equipment, maintaining/ordering of EMS supplies, materials and medications.


Minimum qualifications: 

· High School diploma or equivalent.

· Nationally Registered as an Emergency Medical Technician – Paramedic.

· New Hampshire Certification Firefighter Two or nationally recognized Firefighter II.

· Must have passed the Candidate Physical Ability Test (CPAT) as required by the State of New Hampshire Administrative Rule 701 or lateral transfer of full-time career personnel pursuant to New Hampshire Administrative Rule 703.01.

· New Hampshire CDL-B driver’s license with air brake and tank endorsement.


Candidates who receive a conditional offer of employment will be required to pass a NFPA 1582 pre-employment physical, motor vehicle record check and criminal background check.
