The Town of Hooksett, NH is currently accepting applications to establish an eligibility list for the position of full-time Firefighter / Paramedic or AEMT within the Fire Rescue Department.  This is a 42 hour/week position responsible for fire suppression, fire prevention and education, advanced life support emergency medical care, rescue and other emergency and non-emergency duties.  Schedule is 1 on, 1 off, 1 on, 5 off.  This position has many benefits and incentives including yearly educational allowance, generous holiday and incentive pay and extensive medical/dental/Rx care plans.  Starting pay begins at $52,000 DOQ.  Lateral transfers till be given step increases for full-time experience. 

Pre-Requisites:
-EMT, AEMT or Paramedic
-Firefighter 2
-Current CPAT or Lateral Transfer
