WE ARE HIRING!
The Hudson Fire Department currently has two (2) vacancies that we are looking to fill immediately. Additionally, we will be using this process to create a hiring list for any other vacancies that may occur throughout the year. We are accepting applications for firefighters with AEMT or Paramedic licenses with a minimum of Firefighter II.

This provides us with the support needed to carry out our mission, which is:
1. Must be 18 years old and have a valid NH Commercial Driver’s License.
2. Must have passed and be on the most recent State of NH Hiring List or comply with NHFSTEMS Rule Part 703 Transfers.
3. Must be certified to a minimum of Career Level or the New Level 1 A&B in the State of NH and must be certified as a Level II Firefighter by the end of the first year.
4. Must be certified to a minimum of AEMT and Certified Hazmat Operations.
We offer a competitive Salary and Great Benefits to include:
FF/AEMT $21.17—$25.72 hr
FF/Medic $23.19—$28.20 hr
Year 2 of a 5 year contract with the Town
Step & COLA Increases
Group 2 Retirement
24 hour schedules to include 24 hours on/48 hours off, 24 hours on/4 days off
