The Division of Fire Standards and Training & Emergency Medical Services is looking for a highly motivated
individual to coordinate the Division’s effort in the initial EMS training programs. This individual would be
responsible for scheduling and administering the deliveries of these programs. This position is not
responsible for the design and oversight of the actual curriculum

Job Responsibilities:

Prepares schedules and hires instructors and subject matter experts to assure effective program
delivery.

Coordinates the logistics and scheduling of all aspects of the delivery of the program

Reports to the Education Delivery Coordinator as to the delivery of assigned responsibilities and
the effectiveness of training programs. Evaluates and recommends changes in the delivery.

Work both independently and in collaboration with the Educational Delivery Coordinator,
Simulation Program Coordinator and other members and/or committees of the Division of Fire
Standards and Training & Emergency Medical Services or state of NH.

Completes other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Candidates must have National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) EMT level
certification or higher. Candidates must also have critical thinking abilities, the ability to mentor
instructors and students and possess and demonstrate strong communication skills.

Preferred qualifications:

Licensed as an EMS Instructor Coordinator.
