This is a Candidate Physical Ability Test (CPAT) event in a series provided by the New Hampshire Division of Fire Standards and Training and EMS. The standardized CPAT is an assessment of a participant’s ability to physically and mentally manage fireground activities. The strenuous test mimics common tasks firefighters would face in the course of their duties on the fireground. You can read more about the CPAT in the course catalog description.
