Course Description

This course is the first level of certification for fire service leaders who work at the first-line supervisory level within a fire department. As a student, you will learn the fundamental principles of human resources management, community and government relations, department administration, inspection and investigation, emergency services delivery, and integrating health and safety into daily operations. [NFPA® 1021 Chapter 4]
