Course Description

This course is the second level of certification for fire service leaders who work at the at the supervisory/managerial level within a fire department. As a student, you will learn the principles of human resources management, community and government relations, department administration, inspection and investigation, emergency services delivery, and integrating health and safety into daily operations. [NFPA® 1021 Chapter 5]

This course will be offered in the virtual space with one in person session at NHFA. Virtual sessions will be from 9am-1pm on Zoom and the one in person session will be 8:30am-5pm
