This instructor development session provides an overview and alignment of the search and victim removal techniques currently taught in the Division’s Firefighter I program. Participants will review and practice standardized methods related to victim packaging and removal, primary and secondary search patterns, and effective interior search techniques. The goal is to ensure consistency, reinforce instructional delivery, and enhance the ability to coach, demonstrate, and evaluate student performance during Firefighter I evolutions.
