This 2-day course is part of the State Weekend Program at the National Fire Academy (NFA). This course was developed to aid first responders in understanding and recognizing how fire can be used as a weapon against people and/or property. This course should also help first responders and investigators understand why a person would choose to use fire as a weapon, as well as creating awareness of the types of information fire investigators may need from fire and emergency services personnel.
Food and transportation are the responsibility of the student. If you stay on the NFA campus, you must purchase a meal ticket from them. Please review the State Weekend Program Welcome Package on the NFA site for more information.
Please contact Captain Burns at Anthony.T.Burns@dos.nh.gov if you have questions about this course.
