Educational Revolution

Watch the following lessons in order to unlock the certificate of completion at the end.  This is part of the continuing effort by the Division to provide support and resources to our instructors.  It is our hope that you will take ideas away from this discussion to use in your own teachings and classroom.  This presentation was presented at the NH Fire and EMS Academy in March of 2017.  The aim of this discussion was to give a brief history of where our current model of education derived from and how we utilize it today for fire and EMS instruction.  The question was posed, “Are we happy with this model?” and “Is this model an effective means for giving our students a deep and meaningful education?”.  These topics were discussed as well as an introduction to many different methodologies for use by instructors to help inspire and engage students.  We hope you enjoy the lessons.
