The following emergency rule has been filed and is in effect. The emergency rule is necessary in order to extend the current state issued provider license, which is scheduled to expire 30 calendar days after the expiration date listed on the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) level documentation provided to the Bureau of EMS for licensure. Based on the NREMT decision to extend current certification until 30 June of 2020 all New Hampshire licenses would not expire until 30 July of 2020. This may change based on NREMT documentation changing.

- g) In the case of a declared state of emergency and where the National Registry has extended the expiration date of a provider’s certification, notwithstanding any rule to the contrary, the expiration of a provider’s license at any level other than those set forth in (c)(1) above, shall expire 30 calendar days after the expiration date of the National Registry level documentation.
