The Town of Epping Fire Department is seeking candidates to fill multiple open Part time/ Per Diem Firefighter/EMT positions. Advanced EMT, Paramedic, or Paramedic Student preferred. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will demonstrate their commitment to our town, perform responsible firefighting operations, emergency medical care, and other related duties as required.
Minimum qualifications for applicants are as follows:
18 years of age
High School diploma or GED
Certification as a Pro-Board Firefighter I (Firefighter II preferred.)
Nationally Registered EMT or Higher
Possession of a valid driver’s license issued by the State of NH
Pass criminal and driving background checks
Salary and Competitive Benefits Package Include:
· Starting pay range is $21.84 – $29.12 based on experience and qualifications.
· 12-hour (600-1800) and 6-hour shifts (1800-000; 0000-0600). Can sign up for multiple shifts if 24-hour shift is preferred. Maximum of 30 hours a week permitted.
· Candidates must successfully pass a 12-month probationary period.
