To apply, please login to RespondNH.org and select the online form for CPAT. You will need to have a valid medical release to complete the application.

Deadline for applications is Friday, January 26th at 4pm.
Retesting will be available on Tuesday, February 6th with permission from Exam Coordinator Scott Merrill and will cost $75.
