Learners will identify acute abdominal signs and symptoms and implement an appropriate treatment plan. Course will include a brief review of abdominal anatomy and pathophysiology.

Medical simulation exploring life-threatening electrical shock related emergencies in adult and pediatric patients. Learners will identify life-threatening injuries and illnesses related to electrocution, and implement an appropriate treatment and disposition plan. Course will include a brief review of cardiac electrophysiology.

Medical simulation exploring accidental exposure to intoxicants or irritants in adult and pediatric patients. Learners will form a differential diagnosis and implement an appropriate treatment plan. Course will include a brief review of common household and community ingestion risks.
