Milan and Dummer Ambulance is a municipal agency that provides emergency medical services in the towns of Milan and Dummer, New Hampshire. We utilize cutting edge equipment including: LifeLine Arm (Mechanical CPR Device), Nitrous Oxide (AEMT pain management), along with other cutting edge equipment. The service area consists of over 100 square miles and includes numerous outdoor recreations areas (ATV/snowmobile/hiking trails, a ski jump, etc.).

We are seeking an EMR, EMT, AEMT, or Paramedic for our team to ensure we continue providing all patients with high-quality, efficient care.

Job Summary:

Milan and Dummer Ambulance primarily responds to 911 calls, but we also respond to occasional requests for Intra/Inter-Facility Transports. The position will adhere to the state of New Hampshire protocols to deliver safe, quality patient care in the Inter/Intra-Facility and emergency 911 settings. The employee is expected to deliver patient care in a manner that is appropriate to the patient’s age, physical ability, and intellectual development and must demonstrate proficiency in assessment and treatment and the ability to adapt care to meet the needs of neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients, based on protocols.

Qualifications:

•High School Graduate / GED
•State of New Hampshire driver’s license
•Basic Cardiac Life Support
•Emergency Medical Responder (EMR), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT), or Paramedic License in the State of New Hampshire
•Advanced Cardiac Life and PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support at the Paramedic Level
Milan and Dummer Ambulance pays stipends to be on call and available for shifts of 12 or 24 hours. In addition to stipends, hourly wages are paid for every call with a 2 hour minimum for each call. If you live within 15 minutes of our station in Milan, NH, you may complete your shifts from home.

12 Hour Stipend – $55 | 24 Hour Stipend – $110
EMR – $16/hr | EMT – $18/hr | AEMT – $20/hr | Paramedic – $25/hr
Long Distance Transfer Incentive – $2.50/hr additional
