Rye Fire Rescue is seeking qualified and highly motivated individuals to join our per diem staff. The Town of Ryes population is approximately 5,500. We border the Atlantic Ocean, have multiple beaches, state parks, and over 8 miles of scenic coastline. Our department responds to 1,000 – 1,100 calls for service annually. We are an all-hazards department and provide fire suppression, emergency medical services, hazardous material operations, and ocean rescue.

Minimum Qualifications: Pro-Board Firefighter 1 or equivalent, National Registry EMT, State of New Hampshire EMS Providers License, valid CPR Card, valid driver’s license, have the ability to pass a swim test, and a criminal and driving records review.
