Captain Cooper is a 28 year veteran in EMS with experience in rural EMS, busy urban 911 services, as a Flight Paramedic and with disaster medical team deployments to 9/11 ground zero and Iran; continuing to actively work as a paramedic today. He currently manages the NH State EMS and Fire incident reporting systems and Emergency Services licensing and training records system known as RespondNH.
