Join us for an engaging and practical lesson designed to equip NON-CAREER DEPARTMENTS with the tools and strategies needed to effectively recruit volunteer/call Firefighters & EMS Providers. This class will cover key topics such as identifying potential candidates, leveraging community outreach, and building a supportive environment to retain new recruits. Whether you’re a fire department leader or volunteer recruiter, you’ll gain valuable insights and actionable techniques to enhance your recruitment efforts and build a strong, dedicated team of volunteer firefighters
