The Other End of the Line: An Inside Look at New Hampshire 911, provides New Hampshire first responders and emergency personnel with an in-depth look into the policies and workflows of New Hampshire 911 telecommunicators.
Learn about how NH 911’s training programs and certifications, state-of-the-art computer systems, in-house mapping unit, and emergency medical dispatch protocols provide tangible benefits for both local public safety agencies and the people of New Hampshire.
Registration

Registration is only permitted within the defined registration window. Prerequisites must be met at the time of registration. Applicants will be notified within two business days with the status of their applications. Courses where pricing is listed as "grant funded" covers course tuition only. Overtime/backfill eligible courses will be specifically noted.
