Students having difficulty engaging in the classroom may require learning accommodations to be successful. The ADA and its amendments (ADAAA) require reasonable accommodations be made to students with documentation of a learning disability. But where does the documentation come from, what does it say, and what do reasonable accommodations look like in public safety and emergency services?
