This course explores innovative retention techniques tailored to address the diverse needs of different generations within emergency services. Participants will gain insights into generational characteristics and learn how to implement strategies that enhance job satisfaction, engagement, and long-term commitment across age groups.
Leading the presentation will be Sugar Hill’s Chief Allan Clark and Captain Ned Wilson.
