Emergency Services Reporting

RNH T

The Division of Fire Standards and Training & EMS is proud to announce the release of our new data management systems, including our Emergency Services User Management Portal, RespondNH, and New Hampshire Emergency Services Reporting, formerly known as TEMSIS – now inclusive of NFIRS compliant reporting capabilities. These systems are cloud-based, dynamic, and available to all public and private Fire and EMS services in the state of NH.

RespondNH is the Division’s central portal for managing all provider and service demographic profiles.

Available today, RespondNH Users are able to:

  • Lookup the license status of NH EMS providers, Emergency Services, and agency vehicles.
  • Claim their existing accounts, update their user profiles, review their current certifications and transcripts, and manage their service affiliations.
  • Apply for EMS License Renewals and CPAT Exams
  • Service leaders can maintain the service’s profile, manage leadership positions and permissions, update their non-ambulance fire and other vehicle listings for Elite, and approve or deny affiliation requests.

Soon, users will be able to apply for new EMS licenses, register for courses, and request training. With additional functionality planned in the near future.

New Hampshire Emergency Services Reporting (known as N-H-E-S-R) is the culmination of extensive research and development from the same developers who brought us TEMSIS and RespondNH. NHESR will allow fire departments to capitalize on the pre-existing user and service data, to combine EMS run forms with fire incident reporting, compatible with NFIRS standards, and linked directly to the Fire Marshal’s Office.

Thanks from all of us at the Division of Fire Standards and Training and EMS, and we hope you take full advantage of all of the opportunities these powerful new resources will provide you and your services. And most of all, thanks for being an essential part of the NH first responder community.
