February 22, 2023, 9 am -11 am 33 Hazen Conference Room 112 Supervisor Basic Conversations will relay various moments for the front-line supervisors in their interaction when recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and engaging their employees. The supervisors will have an opportunity to practice addressing work behavior and task. Additionally, participants will review the steps for documentation and performance improvement. Also, the discussion will highlight the use of stay interviews in conjunction with performance management.
