Campton-Thornton Fire Rescue is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Firefighter/ALS. This position works two rotating 24-hour shifts per week, which includes one weekend shift every 3 weeks and a “Kelly day” during the rotation. Position has the potential for overtime.

Minimum qualifications:

Ø  High School Diploma/ GED

Ø  NH Certified Firefighter I (FFII within 1 year of hire)

Ø  Nationally Registered EMT (AEMT within 1 year of hire)

Ø  Current CPAT certificate or lateral transfer per NH Administrative Rule 703.01

Ø  NH CDL license with tank endorsement (or within 1 year of hire)

Ø  Capable of passing NFPA 1582 Physical.

Ø  Capable of passing Criminal Background and NH Motor Vehicle Background Checks
