Employment Opportunity Per Diem Firefighter/EMT

The Lee Fire & Rescue Department is currently accepting applications and resumes for the position of Per Diem Firefighter/EMT’s. Flexible schedule, as members bid on 12- or 24-hour shifts based on their availability. The position responsibilities include but are not limited to; response to fire and medical emergencies (non-transport), operating department apparatus, assisting fire and life safety inspections, inspecting, and maintaining department equipment, and the maintenance of fire department facilities. Our department features new individual bunk rooms, new lounge, gym, and top-notch equipment.   Minimum Requirements:

• 18 years of age
• High School Diploma (or GED)
• Valid NH Driver’s License
• Pro-Board Firefighter I
• NH Licensed EMT Provider
• Highly self-motivated individuals that can show a commitment to the town, our residents, and the department.

  Additional Considerations and Salary Compensation will be given to applications with:

• Pro-Board Firefighter II
• NH Licensed AEMT Provider
• Valid NH CDL Driver’s License

Compensation ($21.81-$26.26) will vary depending on certifications, education, and experience. 9% pay increase starting July 1st with 2% Step program Years 1,3,5,7,8,9,10.
