Maintain, oversee, and expand ongoing MIH program for LRH
Coordinates and provides MIH educational programs, quarterly MIH stakeholder meetings, and MIH
workshops for EMS services and MIH stakeholders.
Establishes and monitors an MIH EMS Performance Improvement Plan in collaboration with MIH
Medical Director
Collaborates with MIH Medical Director to review and approve MIH EMS prerequisite protocols with
MRHA EMS agencies.
Coordinate daily activities related to dispatch and scheduling of MIH visits to ensure efficient
response to customer needs.
