The Town of Wakefield is looking for a highly motivated candidate to fill a fulltime Firefighter/Advanced EMT position with the Wakefield Fire Department. The Wakefield Fire Department is a rapidly growing combination department serving the towns of Wakefield and Brookfield (over 68 sq. miles combined) with a roster of 7 Career Firefighters and approximately 25 On-Call/Part Time Firefighters/EMS Providers. The shifts are comprised of 3 shifts of 2 FF/AEMTs on a non-traditional Kelly Day schedule with a Day Time Captain working Monday through Thursday 7am-5pm.

Minimum Qualifications:

Pro Board Firefighter II

Advanced EMT

CPAT

CDL (Preferred)

Salary:

$20.32/hour on a 48-hour week with a competitive benefits package.
