2024 Three State Weekend

This year our Three State Weekend will be June 21st – 23rd 2024, at the National Fire Academy in Emmitsburg, MD. The deadline to apply is April 26, 2024. There are nine great course offerings available.

This is a Three State Weekend, National Fire Academy course. Students must arrive on campus by 5 PM on Friday evening, 21 June. The tuition is being covered by the NH Fire Academy and EMS. Students are responsible for their own travel and the cost of their meal ticket . Classes on Sunday will go to 4 PM. Registration closes Friday, 26 April..

The National Fire Academy is located in Emmitsburg, MD and was created by the US Government as a fire training and education institution in 1973. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) operates the National Fire Academy (NFA). The campus in Emmitsburg also hosts the National Fallen Firefighter’s Memorial. The purpose of the academy is to provide useful training to small rural volunteer departments and full-time urban departments alike. Training for new firefighters all the way up to Chiefs is available across the United States as a result of the NFA. The New Hampshire Fire Academy runs multiple NFA programs every year here within the State of NH. Please review the courses listed below.
