After participating in this session, attendees should be able to summarize the short and long term effects on the brain due to Substance use disorders. They will be able to identify signs and symptoms of use/misuse of prescription drugs, illicit drugs and alcohol. Participants will be able to describe treatments available in the pre hospital setting.
