This 8-hour course will review the basics of response to common hazardous materials incidents seen in New Hampshire, including resources to support departments and their communities in management, cleanup, and reporting. This course includes both classroom discussion and practical evolutions. Practical evolutions include equipment demonstrations and spill control techniques (protecting catch basins, underflow dams, etc.)
This seminar is offered jointly between the NH Department of Environmental Services and the Division of Fire Standards and Training & EMS.
