Description

Medications are an important part of a patient’s history. This program reviews common medications, explains mechanism of action, possible effects of overdose or failure to comply, as well as using a patient’s medication list to understand their medical history. We will also review protocols for medications used by EMT and AEMT providers and further understand their role in treating the patient
