This is a hybrid course with online lectures on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 18:00 to 22:00, and in-person skills on Saturdays from 09:00 to 15:00. Online lectures will be held through the www.nhfaemslearning.org website. Internet access and a RespondNH account are required. The purpose of this 2-day course is to provide skills that individuals in positions of authority can use to exercise leadership when confronted with adaptive challenges. The goal of this course is for participants to develop an understanding of skills associated with exercising leadership to resolve adaptive problems — those problems where the solution is either unknown or requires significant change, or both.
